Last summer I read the informative and inspiring book Secrets of closing the sale by Zig Ziglar – an american top sales person and motivational speaker. The book is full of tips and techniques, explained with small stories, which make them easier to remember. Ziglar makes a great point of the fact that every step in the sales process, every conversation and especially every objection is equally important to close the sale.
I have chosen three quotes from the book Secrets of closing the sale that I would like to share with you:
