New Wave had, like many others, a lot of customer information spread out (in systems, files, or in the heads of employees). The wish for a CRM software came from the employees who formed a project team and came up with the following objectives:
- Improved information flow within the organization
- Gathered customer information in one system
- Searchable and easy to find what you are looking for
- Better reporting possibilities for the management team
- A better overview and reporting capabilities for the sales people
