NewWave had, like many others, a lot of customer information spread out (in systems, files, or in the heads of employees). The wish for a CRM system came from the employees who formed a project team and came up with the following objectives:

  • Improved information flow within the organization
  • Gathered customer information in one system
  • Searchable and easy to find what you are looking for
  • Better reporting possibilities for the management team
  • A better overview and reporting capabilities for the sales people

Resultat: One system for everybody

The project started in January 2012 and was finished in May the same year. After that, the sales people has a tool to easily process prospects and customers, and also a good reporting tool that works all the way from sales to management. Everyone can keep track of the business in real time and know how the business develops. The search functions allows one to always find what you are looking for. Finally New Wave had one common system for customer relationship management and reporting.

New Wave Norway is a major wholesaler of advertising textiles, gifts, sportswear and workwear. The company is divided into six sections, each with its specialization within the primary field profile & retail.

New Wave owns and distributes well-known brands such as Kosta Boda, Orrefors and Craft. They are currently 51 users in a Lime CRM solution focused on sales.
