Parkd

Parkd used a different CRM package in which they ran into limitations. In this package it was only possible to generate management reports to a limited extent and it was also not possible to link reminders to projects. Because of this, it sometimes happened that a “todo” was overlooked. Parkd is in a rapidly growing phase, which means that this old CRM package was no longer sufficient, so they were ready for a more extensive package.

Parkd set the following requirements for the package:

• Insight into the progress of the various projects.
• Set reminders with notifications for proactive follow-up.
• The system must be able to generate reports, both per employee and per team, preferably also in a dashboard.
• The system must be user-friendly and there must be good guidance and support from the supplier.

With Lime’s CRM system, Parkd has all the insights they need. They can retrieve information from the CRM system with the click of a button and have an overview of the different projects in the different phases.

By linking tasks to the relevant projects, an account manager is always able to proactively follow up a lead. This has made the sales process even more efficient. With the Lime Business Intelligence tool, Parkd generates beautiful reports in dashboards, in which all necessary figures can be found.
