The binding period is 12 months after the signed agreement. The notice period is 60 days before the next contract period begins.
Can the licenses be divided between several companies?
No. Our agreements that are signed are made with a company and provide access to an application. All users in the application have access to the same customer data.
Is it possible to get a customized package?

Can I have less than 6 users in the Business package?
Yes! The Business package includes six users. This means that you have two user licenses to your credit.
Can I have several users to the Grow package?
3 users are included in the Grow package, but it’s possible to have more than 3 users in the Grow package.
How do the price packages work?
The price packages are four packages that include different features and users. These are designed to make it easier for you to choose, based on the needs you have.
Are multiple country databases included when buying Lime Go?
You buy one database, but you can add more if you want to. Please contact us for more information.

Lime CRM is a tailor-made CRM system for larger companies that we build from scratch based on your wishes. This means a somewhat longer implementation time (and a slightly higher price). This system suits companies that have several different departments or slightly more complex needs and require various technical integrations or customized flows.
How quickly can I get started?
In a few minutes! If you want to migrate data, it will take a little longer as we would like to quality-assure that the migration has gone well. Talk to us and we’ll tell you more.
Can I change the number of users during the contract period?
You can always upgrade the number of users and add our add-ons. A downgrade is not possible during an ongoing contract period, but it is possible to downgrade in connection with a new contract period.
Can I have both Lime Go and Lime CRM at the same time?

Is free education included in the price?
A simpler, standardized, digital onboarding is included in all price plans, but customized onboarding can be added one or more times. In this way, you can get started fast and continue to be trained in new functions that we release on an ongoing basis. We usually say that the best CRM is the one that is actually used!
Is support included in the price?
Yes! Support is provided between 08.00-17.00 on weekdays excluding weekends. Your price plan determines the types of support channels you have access to (chat, email, phone, etc.).
When will I receive the invoice?
You will receive the invoice on the first weekday of the following month after the agreement is signed. You will then receive the invoice annually unless otherwise agreed.
