Lime CRM is the heart of the organization with its 90 users. Lime CRM manages, among others, support tickets from tenants, and today they register more than 2,500 cases per week. The system has become the natural source of information they needed, and this is where everyone goes to follow-up.
Since Svenska Bostäder categorize all tickets that they recieve, they can easily identify the business processes that can be streamlined and can thus recoup the investment very quickly. Already their first year they reduced to the cost with about 3 million SEK through, among other things, sending fewer cases to subcontractors.
