Back in 2024, we launched our colourful and bold brand refresh. That moment wasn’t just about changing logo or colours.

It marked a new era, one where we also revealed that all our products would come together under one vision, one voice, one brand, and one mission: to help companies create great customer experiences through customer journeys that exceed expectations right from the start.

And today, we’re taking a big step in that direction.

Since Lime acquired Userlike in 2021, we knew we shared more than just a vision for outstanding customer relationships – over time we’ve aligned strategies, cultures, and goals. What connected us from day one has developed and something even more powerful has emerged; potential.

Together, we realised we could offer something bigger, bolder and better under one brand instead of two. As having separate brands meant our customers had to discover that connection on their own.
