How Lime Credits work
Lime Credits are used whenever AI performs tasks such as summarising tickets, analysing deals, qualifying leads, or automating workflows.
- Each AI task uses a few credits based on complexity.
- Your entire organisation shares one credit balance.
- Credits reset monthly.
- Running out won’t stop AI, just add a new pack when needed.
- Configuration and non‑AI actions use zero credits.
