With Lime, Fastighetsägarna Syd got:
- Membership management with faster registration and clearer follow-up
- A property module with data linked directly to negotiation and valuation work
- Case management for their lawyers via an integrated service desk
- A structured sales process for new membership agreements, integrated with GetAccept
- Integration with the Spris accounting system for invoice flows – 25 users working in the same system every day
From chaos to control — for real
The change was noticeable fast. Where it used to be impossible to pull simple member data, it now takes just a few clicks. The lawyers, who previously had no real case management system, now work in a structured way in Lime’s service desk — and can follow up on every case in full detail. They can also see how many incoming advisory calls convert into paid assignments, something they’d never been able to track before.
Onboarding new members is smoother, and the quoting process — which previously involved email attachments and manual handling — is now fully digital with clear traceability. Churn follow-up has also improved significantly: when a membership ends, the organisation can now distinguish between dissatisfaction and a sold property — giving them a whole new level of insight for decision-making.
And perhaps most importantly: people actually use the system.
“Before, there were a lot of complaints. A lot of people didn’t really know what they were doing in the system and went in unnecessarily. Now almost everyone uses it every day in Lime.”

Moving forward, together
Fastighetsägarna Syd doesn’t see Lime as a finished chapter. The system is a living tool — continuously adapted and refined. Through a management agreement with regular monthly meetings, it’s built and developed on an ongoing basis, with Lime as an active partner in the work.

“It feels like having a partner you can talk to and grow with. Without feeling pushed into developments. The dialogue has always been great.”
