New subprocessors
It is our intention to add new subprocessors that will support the delivery, maintenance, and improvement of our services. In accordance with our data processing agreement (DPA) and our commitment to transparency, we are providing advance notice of these planned additions. Here are the four new subprocessors:
Syncify AB
Description: Used in connection with certain ERP system integrations. While not all integrations process personal data, some may include contact persons or personal references on invoices or orders.

Idura ApS
Description: Idura provides a unified integration to a range of electronic IDs, such as BankID, MitID, and FTN. Lime CRM uses this to provide secure and stable personal identifications and signatures on multiple markets.
Relevant Lime feature: Lime Forms, Lime Portal, and/or Lime eSign if and when configured to use Norwegian BankID, FTN, or MitID and, in exceptional cases, Swedish BankID.

Description: Ploi is an application hosting and deployment orchestrator. It enables reliable and quick creation and management of production and testing environments for some cloud services hosted by Lime CRM.

The listed subprocessors will support the secure and reliable operation of our services. All obligations we have assumed toward you under the DPA will be fully incorporated into corresponding data processing agreements with each subprocessor, ensuring that your data continues to be protected to the same high standard.
If the change of subprocessors concern your use of Lime and you have any questions or would like to raise an objection in accordance with your rights under the DPA, please contact us no later than on February 16, 2026 at legal@lime.tech.
