New in Lime CRM
Run the meeting. Lime writes it up.
Prep before, notes during, follow-up after. Every customer meeting ends as a note, a to-do and a next step in Lime CRM, in the language you spoke.
Works with Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom and more. Transcribes 100+ languages.

It does the part nobody likes: the prep, the notes and the follow-up.

Inside Lime CRM
Everything lands where your team already looks
The summary, key points, follow-ups and transcript land on the meeting in Lime CRM, in the activity feed of both the company and the person. Participants are matched to the contacts you already have; a new contact is created only when there is no match.
Nothing lives in a separate app that nobody opens. Lime CRM stays the single source of truth, now with every meeting in it.
- Summary, key points and follow-ups on the meeting card
- In the activity feed of the company and the contact

Who it is for
For every team that talks to customers
Sales
- The follow-up email is drafted before you are back at your desk.
- The next step is a to-do, with a date, on the deal.
- “What did we promise them in March?” Answered from the meeting, not from memory.
Customer service
- Support calls summarised on the ticket, not retyped.
- Handovers without retelling the whole story.
- Ask across every meeting and get the answer with the quote it came from.
Account management
- The whole team sees the relationship, not just the person who was in the room.
- Pipeline reviews built on what customers actually said.
- New colleagues read the account history in ten minutes.

FAQ
Questions we get asked
Which meeting tools does it work with?
The notetaker joins Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex and GoTo Meeting from your calendar. The desktop app for macOS and Windows records from your computer without a bot, which also covers Slack huddles and WhatsApp calls. In person, you record in the iPhone app or in the browser.
Does it work in the Lime CRM web client?
Yes. The meeting shows on the customer card before it starts, and the summary, key points, follow-ups and transcript are on the meeting card afterwards. One button opens the full meeting in Meeting Assist, already signed in. Confirm desktop client and on-premise wording with product.
Which languages are supported?
Transcription in more than 100 languages. The summary is written in the language the meeting was held in, or always in a language you pick.
Do participants need to consent?
Recording rules differ by country. Participants are told in three ways: a message in the meeting chat, an optional spoken notice, and an email to external attendees before the meeting. Anyone can type “pause” in the chat, and you can switch recording off per meeting. Legal review per market: SE, NO, DK, FI, DE, NL.
Where is the data stored, and for how long?
Only within the EU/EEA. Retention rules decide how long recordings and meetings are kept, and do-not-record rules keep sensitive meetings out entirely. State the default retention once configured for Lime.
Can I edit the summary?
Yes. Summaries are editable, and you choose the template and level of detail per meeting type.
How long does setup take?
About seven minutes. The admin installs the package in Lime Admin, enters the company’s email domains, connects with one click and picks who gets a licence. Each user signs in with Microsoft or Google and connects their calendar.
