Create, approve and send invoices and rent notices to your customers without switching systems. The billing document is created in Lime and handled via Billecta, and the status syncs back automatically so you always have a complete view of the invoice status. Cancellation, deletion and batch runs are supported as volumes grow, all with full traceability in Lime CRM.
Rental administration across the whole chain
For real estate companies, the integration covers the entire rental flow. Create notice batches straight from rental contracts for one or more periods, approve them and distribute the notices according to each contract’s delivery method: e-invoice, post or Kivra. Rent adjustment, case and workorder invoicing and rental loss are all included, with retroactive charging when needed.
