Dstny Conversational Intelligence (DCI) captures the conversations running on Dstny’s communication platform, and this integration brings the AI summary of each one straight into Lime CRM. Your sales and service teams get the context of every call right where they work, without listening back through recordings.
From phone call to customer card in minutes
DCI sits inside the communication platform your teams already use to talk to customers. When a call or meeting wraps up, its AI writes the summary and adds it to Lime CRM a few minutes later, automatically. There’s nothing for the agent to log, and nothing to copy across.


Every conversation on the right contact
Each summary lands as a history note on the right person, and on their company when there’s a match. Open a contact in Lime CRM, look at the History tab, and the conversation is there to read, along with the participants and a link back to the recording in DCI. Because matching can use the phone number as well as email, calls connect to the right contact even when no email was ever exchanged.
Never lose a caller
If someone calls in who isn’t in the CRM yet, DCI can create the contact and company for you and attach the summary, so new conversations don’t slip through the cracks. Prefer to keep your database tightly controlled? You can switch this off and only log notes against contacts that already exist.
