Members and donors sign up straight from Lime CRM and pay through a hosted Frisbii checkout by card or Vipps MobilePay. Frisbii handles recurring billing, retries and renewals automatically, so you can move away from manual invoicing without losing the close member relationship Lime is built around.

The integration follows a Lime-first pattern: Lime CRM creates the member and the subscription, and Frisbii activates them once payment succeeds. Invoices, renewals, payments and failed-payment (dunning) status flow straight back onto the member card via webhooks so sales and customer service always see where each member stands.

Card details never touch Lime CRM: Payment always happens on Frisbii’s secure hosted page. Frisbii is a European platform with European data residency, multi-currency support and local payment methods. So you stay compliant while giving members a modern payment experience.
How the integration works
When a member signs up in Lime CRM, the integration creates a pending membership or subscription and requests a checkout session from Frisbii. The member completes payment on Frisbii’s hosted page, and Frisbii sends secure webhooks back to Lime CRM to activate the membership, assign a membership number and record the invoice. From then on, every renewal, payment, failed payment and refund keeps the member’s record in Lime CRM up to date. Any cancellation or reactivation made in Lime is sent back to Frisbii automatically.
