You run the meeting in Meetric; Meetric does the writing. Once a call ends, its AI generates the summary and pushes it to Lime CRM within a few minutes — no copy-paste, no forgotten notes. The full summary, any manual notes, the participant list and direct links back to the recording and transcript all land on the customer card.

Summaries are placed on the right records so the whole team sees the same picture. Open a person or company, go to the History / Activities tab, and the Meetric entry is there to expand and read — complete with a title line showing the presenter, meeting name and date/time.

Turn on Create contact in CRM and Meetric will fill the gaps for you: if no matching person exists, it resolves or creates the company, creates the person, links them together and attaches the note. Prefer a tidy database? Leave it off and Meetric will only log notes for contacts that already exist.
